Property Manager – Boutique Portfolio

About the role

Join Minor International’s MINT Residential team as a Property Manager, overseeing a boutique portfolio of fewer than 150 branded apartments in Sydney’s CBD. You will deliver high‑quality service to tenants while benefiting from the support of a global hotel group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks, Avani).
• Handle rental enquiries, conduct inspections, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Administer leasing paperwork, property handovers and coordinate maintenance with tradespeople.
• Utilise the Console cloud program for efficient property management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
• Hold a Class 2 driver’s licence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work occasional Saturdays on an ad‑hoc basis.
