Property Management Assistant

About the role

Ray White Broome is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio. The role combines property inspections with office-based work, and you will work alongside an experienced Property Manager, with support from the Office Manager and the Property Management Team Leader. Training is provided; real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections
• Assist with property-related appointments and tasks
• Support the Property Manager with general administration
• Communicate with tenants, owners, contractors and other clients
• Update property information and records
• Assist the wider team when required
• Provide friendly, professional service to everyone you interact with

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and confident in communicating with different people
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, willing to take initiative and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Positive, professional and eager to learn
• Australian work rights are required
• A current driver's licence is essential, as property inspections are an important part of the role
