Project Manager - Transmission Lines

About the role

CPP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead challenging transmission line projects across Australia. You will be a key member of the Transmission Lines business unit, delivering new high‑voltage lines and upgrading existing infrastructure while ensuring safety, quality, time and cost objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall project management and technical leadership for assigned transmission line projects.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams and manage client relationships and contractual deliverables.
• Spend approximately 20% of time on‑site to oversee field activities and ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in overhead transmission lines.
• Strong communication, initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Site‑based project experience with proven ability to work alongside field crews.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical training, such as a lineworker background.
