Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (Construction)

About the role

Built is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and environmental standards while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Manage project profitability through cost control, progress monitoring and value‑added solutions.
• Oversee contracts from procurement to claims resolution, ensuring strict compliance.
• Plan projects strategically, accounting for resources, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Control timelines and program schedules to minimise delays and maximise efficiency.
• Maintain positive industrial relations, regulatory compliance, quality standards, HSE protocols and staff development.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a "roll up your sleeves" mindset.
• Strong leadership through delegation, mentoring and team building.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment, accountability and adaptability in managing teams.
• Tertiary qualification in Building/Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
