Project Manager – Roads Infrastructure

About the role

TSA Riley is seeking a Project Manager to join its Perth team, focusing on major road infrastructure projects across Western Australia. You will support client‑side delivery from planning through to project close‑out, working with industry‑leading clients and contributing to critical community infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, including planning, design management, procurement, construction delivery and close‑out.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, government authorities and internal stakeholders to manage scope, programme, risk, interfaces and governance.
• Ensure successful project execution by monitoring delivery outcomes and maintaining project documentation.
• Support multidisciplinary teams and provide proactive leadership in complex, technically driven environments.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6–12 years’ experience delivering infrastructure or services‑heavy projects, preferably in roads, energy, water, utilities or civil infrastructure.
• Experience working client‑side in a consultancy environment or on behalf of asset owners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
