Project Manager (Perth)

About the role

We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join our Perth‑based team. The role covers the full project lifecycle – from bid preparation through design, procurement, construction, handover and commissioning – across bulk storage, materials handling and non‑process infrastructure projects in mining, agriculture and defence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead bid management to ensure tender submissions meet client requirements and are commercially viable.
• Take overall responsibility for project delivery, meeting financial, schedule, quality, safety, environmental and HR targets.
• Coordinate design and engineering activities with internal teams and external consultants.
• Work with procurement to award sub‑contracts, manage supply agreements and issue purchase orders in line with the construction programme.
• Oversee on‑site construction, managing site staff and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain personal safety and uphold company OHS&E policies.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering $50M‑$180M projects in mining, agriculture or defence sectors.
• Background in leading EPC, D&C or construct‑only contracts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Primavera for scheduling.
