Project Manager – New Building Solutions

About the role

KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our New Building Solutions Team in Mascot, NSW. This person will administer and control projects across Sydney using their ability to manage resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing a safety‑focused culture and adhering to procedures.
• Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Support site managers and provide leadership during project escalations.
• Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the delivery function.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience delivering construction projects.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) highly desirable.
• Lift industry experience desired.
• Experience managing a high volume of projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
