Project Manager

About the role

AI-Media is seeking a Project Manager to deliver projects that support its strategic and operational objectives. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will manage the full project lifecycle across a global, fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control projects to meet scope, budget and schedule targets.
• Apply Agile, hybrid or Waterfall delivery approaches as appropriate.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to remove impediments and maintain momentum.
• Provide governance support for larger strategic initiatives.
• Lead and mentor team members on project responsibilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end project delivery experience.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at various seniority levels.
• Comfortable collaborating across geographically dispersed teams.
• Professional integrity and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project or Microsoft Planner.
