Project Manager

About the role

Manages implementations and conversions of varying size and complexity, overseeing the full lifecycle from planning to post‑implementation evaluation. Leads a team of professionals and ensures strong client relationships throughout the program.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, develop solution specifications, and create implementation plans, budgets, timetables and milestones.
• Manage data conversions, system integrations and new product creation for Global Payments portfolios.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor progress, and report status to executive sponsors.
• Control change management, issue resolution, risk assessment and ensure quality delivery.
• Oversee project budgeting, billing approval and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the credit‑card industry.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex implementations and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with MS Project and other project management tools.
