Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of customer projects from initiation through to completion. The role involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning, execution and delivery outcomes.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Manage change control in line with agreed governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve successful project delivery.
• Ensure clear, consistent and professional project communication.

Required profile

• Experience delivering end‑to‑end projects within a SaaS, software or professional services environment.
• Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage projects within agreed budgets and scope.
• Experience working directly with customers and internal delivery teams.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Project management certification is beneficial but not essential.
