Project Manager - Health / Live Hospital Fitout

About the role

TSA Riley is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to support an accelerated health fitout at The Wesley Hospital in Brisbane. Working as part of the client-side project management team, you will coordinate design, procurement and construction activities in a live hospital environment, partnering with the client, consultants and contractor. The role is based in Brisbane and is not remote.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day programme management and design coordination
• Procurement support and contract administration
• Reporting and coordination across design, programme, procurement, contractor and clinical stakeholders
• Building trust with an active client and giving direct, constructive advice and feedback
• Identifying emerging risks early and proposing solutions

Required profile

• Brisbane-based with a strong Brisbane presence
• Health project experience, ideally hospital refurbishment, fitout or brownfield works
• Experience delivering projects in live, operational hospitals and understanding the constraints of working around clinical operations
• Hands-on site presence, especially during fitout and construction
• Able to work in a fast-paced, accelerated programme with concurrent design, procurement and delivery
• Comfortable challenging where needed and keeping momentum in a demanding live-health environment
