Project Manager – Construction (Perth)

About the role

The client is a well‑established national design and construction head contractor seeking a forward‑thinking Project Manager to lead new‑build industrial and logistics projects across the Perth metro area and occasional regional sites.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver projects valued up to $80M+, ensuring they meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage on‑site activities and office coordination, balancing time between field and head office as required.
• Oversee structural steel and concrete works, collaborating closely with design teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships, providing regular progress updates and proactive problem solving.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Project Manager role within construction, preferably industrial or logistics.
• Strong background working with structural steel and concrete.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale projects independently.
• Commercial/industrial or NPI building experience is advantageous.
