Project Manager - Commercial Construction up to $10 mil

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from estimating through handover, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for fit‑out, refurbishment and new‑build projects.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and procurement schedules.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Liaise directly with clients, architects and stakeholders.
• Oversee quality, safety (OH&S) and environmental compliance on site.
• Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial outcomes.
• Report progress, budgets and forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction (fit‑out, refurbishment or new build).
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, hands‑on approach with focus on client outcomes.
• Relevant trade, construction management or engineering qualifications preferred.
• Current driver’s licence and right to work in Australia.
