Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

The client, a rapidly growing civil construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major civil projects from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of major civil infrastructure, urban development and water projects.
• Manage project planning, programming and construction methodology.
• Oversee commercial and financial performance, ensuring projects meet budget and schedule.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, including clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
• Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant civil engineering, construction management or equivalent qualifications.
