Project Manager APAC

About the role

Corpay is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Project Manager to lead the delivery of key projects and initiatives across the APAC region. The role works closely with stakeholders in Sales, Dealing, Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Risk and Compliance to drive business outcomes, improve processes and support growth. Occasional international travel to Europe and North America is required.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from initiation to delivery, covering scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
• Develop project plans, track progress and manage risks, issues and competing priorities
• Coordinate resources across business and technology teams and drive implementation, testing, change readiness and post-project reviews
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and align project outcomes with business priorities
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, provide reporting and escalations, and build relationships across international teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline FX processes and support new systems, products and workflows
• Ensure projects follow governance, compliance and operational risk frameworks, and report on performance, benefits and lessons learned

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation and reporting
• Experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand business needs and turn them into practical deliverables
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools and delivery frameworks
• FX or payments industry experience is highly desirable, including knowledge of FX products, transaction workflows and operational processes
• Experience delivering technology, operational improvement, regulatory or business transformation initiatives is highly regarded
