Project Leader (Revit) – Sydney

About the role

The client is a multi‑award‑winning architecture practice seeking an experienced Project Leader to deliver complex civic projects from the Sydney CBD. This role offers the chance to lead project packages, coordinate teams and maintain design integrity across all phases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project packages from documentation through to delivery.
• Support or step into delivery of larger‑scale projects.
• Produce and oversee detailed documentation in Revit.
• Coordinate consultants and manage project interfaces.
• Contribute to design development while ensuring technical resolution.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and quality control across project stages.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 7–10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience leading project packages and contributing to delivery phases.
• Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship) and currently based in Sydney.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Solid understanding of BCA, Australian Standards and local planning controls.
• Technical, coordination and documentation capabilities.
