Graphic Designer – Print Production & Direct Mail

About the role

This permanent, in‑house position sits within the Creative & Content Studio of a luxury travel and touring business. You will design and produce print‑focused travel brochures, direct‑mail pieces and destination publications that drive bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Design travel brochures, guides, direct‑mail and destination publications from concept through to print‑ready files.
• Create and manage layout of itineraries, pricing tables, departure dates and product details, ensuring accuracy and version control.
• Handle proofing, approvals, print production, dispatch and relationships with printers and mailing houses.
• Maintain the master brochure schedule and seasonal launch deadlines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on print and pre‑press.
• Full, unrestricted working rights for Australia.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure when pricing and dates are live.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (paragraph/character styles, GREP, data merge, template‑based artwork).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Hands‑on experience creating print‑ready files and managing print production workflows.
