Project Engineer – Infrastructure Solutions

About the role

Eptec is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead its field team in Wivenhoe, QLD, supporting infrastructure remediation projects across water, rail, tunnels, bridges and other critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver defined projects, ensuring best practice, client standards and business benefits.
• Prepare project documentation such as plans, Gantt charts and specifications for minor projects.
• Schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects, managing QA/QC, logistics, reporting, compliance and subcontractors.
• Maintain project briefs, action logs, budgets and performance monitoring.
• Provide daily technical support to Site Supervisors, Project Managers and other personnel.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years’ experience in asset remediation, civil construction, infrastructure or defence environments.
• Relevant engineering degree.
• Technical knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, hazardous substances, blasting, painting and concrete rehabilitation.
• NACE 1 or 2 certification (highly desirable).

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Ability to work to project deadlines and budgets.
