About the role
EnerMech is expanding its scope at the Lytton Refinery and is seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders to join the maintenance team. This full‑time position offers a 35‑hour base week, Monday‑Friday schedule and a fortnightly RDO, providing an excellent work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Construct, modify and dismantle scaffolding systems in hazardous area environments such as fuel terminals and refineries.
- Support routine maintenance, call‑outs, shutdowns and after‑hours coverage as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in high‑risk, heavy‑industry settings, particularly in hazardous areas.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a focus on safety and quality.
Required skills
- Scaffolders (SI, SA) certification.
- Valid Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets.
- Construction Industry Card.
