Project Design Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Project Design Coordinator to join our team. In this full‑time position you will support design projects from concept through delivery, ensuring smooth communication between clients, designers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support design projects from concept development to final delivery.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, designers, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Assist in preparing schedules, design documentation, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor timelines, progress, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
• Support the design team with material sourcing, project planning, and administrative coordination.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date project documents, drawings, and files.
• Participate in project meetings and provide coordination support across departments.
• Help with quality control to meet design standards and client expectations.
• Identify risks, delays, or issues and support problem‑solving efforts.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of project coordination, design processes, or creative workflows.
• Ability to manage timelines and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in project coordination, design, architecture, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
