Project Delivery Manager

About the role

CBH, a leading Australian grain co-operative, is recruiting a Project Delivery Manager for a significant infrastructure project in its operational port environment. The role leads complex remediation and asset improvement works, working with a dedicated project team and a broad range of stakeholders to deliver safety, quality stakeholder engagement and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational, engineering and commercial stakeholders to develop delivery strategies, manage project scopes and optimise outcomes.
• Drive contractor performance, productivity, safety and quality through contract administration, field leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team of consultants, contractors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with CBH's values and safety expectations.
• Maintain project controls covering costs, schedules, risks, change management and governance reporting, and identify improvements across the portfolio.
• Lead capital and asset-related projects from early concept through commissioning and operational handover.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, construction management or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, remediation, maintenance or brownfields capital projects or studies within an owner's team, EPCM or large contractor environment.
• Experience delivering structural, mechanical and/or electrical work scopes within operational facilities, with a strong focus on safety, risk management, productivity and quality.

Required skills

• Commercial and project controls: planning, scheduling, forecasting, cost management, risk management, contracts and procurement.
• Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams and contractors, consultants and operational stakeholders.
