Project Architect / Interior Designer - Multi-residential & Hospitality

About the role

An award-winning architecture practice known for vibrant, people-focused spaces is looking for a registered architect or interior designer with 6-10 years' experience to lead multi-residential and hospitality projects in Adelaide. The role involves project delivery within a collaborative, supportive team, helping to define iconic hospitality destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-residential and hospitality projects
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder coordination
• Oversee documentation and consultant coordination
• Ensure projects meet design intent through to construction completion
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive high-quality outcomes

Required profile

• Registered architect with 6-10 years' experience
• Experience delivering multi-residential, hospitality or similar commercial projects
• Strong understanding of codes, compliance and Australian standards
• Excellent communication, organisation and leadership capabilities

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with documentation workflows
