Civil Superintendent

About the role

KBR is looking for a Civil Superintendent in Adelaide to lead and coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders across a complex project environment. The role oversees construction execution across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and infrastructure work scopes, ensuring safe delivery while driving productivity and quality outcomes. It also supports mechanical completion and project handover on a nationally significant resource project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders across a complex project environment
• Oversee construction execution across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and infrastructure work scopes
• Ensure safe delivery while driving productivity and quality outcomes
• Support mechanical completion and project handover activities

Required profile

• Trade qualification or equivalent construction industry background
• 10+ years' experience in Superintendent, Senior Supervisor or similar site leadership roles
• Experience working within EPCM project environments
• Mining, minerals processing or major resource project experience highly regarded

Required skills

• Strong understanding of construction execution, contractor management and quality compliance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
