Program Integration Manager

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Integration Manager to support critical decisions and strategic intent across its Dive‑XL organization within the Undersea Dominance business line. The role focuses on building and operating an integrated master schedule, coordinating cross‑pillar actions, and translating leadership intent into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule, aligning it with agile delivery cadences and publishing updates on a regular calendar.
• Translate leadership intent and tactical tasks into clear actions, owners, and dates.
• Develop briefing packs for senior leaders, customers, and stakeholders from concept to final product.
• Coordinate cross‑pillar decisions, map dependencies, and update schedule models for senior leads and the wider PMO.
• Capture decisions and actions in a decision record on the same day, assign owners, and track to closure.
• Document and flag risks early, ensuring they surface promptly in the system of record.
• Own and maintain the central Action Centre tooling that aggregates data for live leadership forums.
• Collaborate with engineering directors, chief engineer, account directors, production, supply chain, and division operations to keep schedule inputs flowing.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude to continuously improve program management, scheduling, and estimating processes.

Required profile

• Existing Australian security clearance (NV2 preferred) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to distill and communicate complex information to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks, PI planning, ARTs, and milestone‑based IMS.
• Proficiency in Jira for boards, epics, dependencies, dashboards and reporting.
• Strong written and visual communication skills with experience creating executive‑level briefing packs.
• Willingness to challenge plans when they do not add up and to work closely with senior stakeholders.
