Program Controls Governance Manager

About the role

Amentum is hiring a Program Controls Governance Manager in Adelaide. The role is responsible for the governance of PMO baselines and reporting across the project, ensuring that project information is accurate, consistent and aligned with approved governance processes to support effective decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and govern project baselines, including scope, schedule, cost and resources.
• Manage baseline change control processes and ensure changes are properly reviewed and approved.
• Coordinate and maintain PMO reporting, dashboards and performance updates, ensuring their accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Monitor project performance against approved baselines and highlight key variances and risks.
• Support governance forums, reviews and reporting requirements.
• Promote compliance with PMO standards, processes and controls, and identify opportunities to improve reporting and governance practices.

Required profile

• Experience in PMO, program controls, project controls or project governance.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Required security clearance level: NV1.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• Strong reporting, analytical and organisational skills.
