Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – Medical Education

About the role

Bond University is expanding its Medical Program and is looking for dynamic educators and clinical leaders to join as Professor, Associate Professor or Assistant Professor. The positions involve shaping the future of medical education through innovative, student‑centred learning and strong partnership with health services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern workplace‑based learning environments, including clinical placements.
• Develop and sustain domestic and international hospital partnership agreements.
• Contribute to accreditation processes and ensure programme sustainability.
• Support the Advanced Clinical Skills Program and Clinical Placement Coach Program.
• Provide academic leadership as Academic Director of Clinical Placements (for senior roles).

Required profile

• Relevant qualification and experience in clinical education or curriculum delivery.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and professional communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with health service partners.
• Experience may be from medical or non‑medical professional backgrounds aligned to the specific role.
