About the role

As a Professional Customer Support – Casual Hours you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will join PERGOLUX, a premium outdoor‑living brand that designs Scandinavian‑inspired pergolas and accessories.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers across multiple channels.
• Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions‑focused mindset, even under pressure.
• Maintain a professional and engaging phone manner to deliver great customer experiences.
• Manage competing priorities and stay highly organised in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with the team to elevate everyday service standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience interacting successfully with both internal and external customers.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent time‑management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• A composed, calm, and positive “can‑do” attitude when managing challenging situations.
• Flexibility to work during school hours with full availability throughout school holidays.
