Production Worker – Precast Concrete (Swanbank)

About the role

We are seeking hands‑on Production Workers to join our precast concrete operation at the Swanbank factory. You will work on either the Casting or Reo Welding crew, delivering high‑quality concrete components for bridges, highways and water infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and strip moulds for concrete casting.
• Assist with concrete pours and operate casting equipment.
• Perform rebar welding tasks as part of the Reo Welding crew.
• Carry out general production duties and maintain a clean, safe yard.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday‑Friday, 4:00 am‑12:00 pm with overtime opportunities.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Physically fit for labour‑intensive work.
• Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screen.

Required skills

• Precast concrete production experience (preferred).
• Rebar welding.
• Mould set‑up and stripping.
