Production Worker - Air Conditioner Manufacturing

About the role

A recruitment agency is hiring a production worker for an Australian-owned company known for manufacturing and distributing high-quality air conditioners. You will work on the day, afternoon or night shift, helping with assembly and quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings or diagrams to make sure components are assembled correctly.
• Assemble small sheet metal sub-assembly components.
• Use a variety of hand, power and air tools.
• Carry out complete quality checks so that all work meets specifications.
• Record all work accurately on check sheets to ensure quality.
• Use and safely operate lifting equipment where required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg.
• Previous experience with hand and power tools is desirable.
• Evidence of a solid work history.
• Reliable, follows through on commitments and contributes to team chemistry.
