About the role
Join the Privigen department at CSL Behring’s Broadmeadows facility as a Production Technician. You will contribute to the manufacturing of life‑saving products for patients with serious illnesses, working within a GMP‑controlled environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute production activities according to the weekly Bulk manufacturing schedule, ensuring cost‑efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain clean‑room conditions and perform manual handling, lifting up to 10 kg, and testing of product.
- Support the Bulk Supervisor or Team Leader by following manufacturing procedures and documenting activities.
- Assist in developing corrective actions to improve key performance indicators and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or similar GMP environment is advantageous.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing and quality processes.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and good problem‑solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication, with basic computer proficiency.
