Production Technician

About the role

PolyNovo is seeking Production Technicians to work in its cleanroom manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for producing commercial and prototype medical devices, ensuring quality, safety and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial and prototype production in a cleanroom environment following GMP and GDP standards.
• Set up packing materials, pack finished goods, and maintain cleanroom conditions.
• Monitor equipment calibration, perform equipment repairs and cleaning, and record equipment performance.
• Conduct in‑process monitoring, update manufacturing documents, and participate in data entry for logs, non‑conformances and CAPAs.
• Identify unsafe operations, propose process improvements and support waste‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with polymers, mixing, handling hot solutions and related safety precautions.
• Previous cleanroom experience and understanding of GMP/GDP.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and communication skills.
