Production Team Member – Kewdale, WA

About the role

We are seeking a Production Team Member to join our 24/7 manufacturing site in Kewdale, Western Australia. The role is full‑time permanent and offers a supportive, diverse environment where you will help produce some of Australia’s favourite beverages. No prior manufacturing experience is required – we provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and technology safely and efficiently on a rotating roster that includes night and weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain high quality standards.
• Handle forklifts and other material‑handling equipment; we will support you in obtaining a licence if needed.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and a positive team culture.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Reliable, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Strong communicator with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (24/5 or 24/7).
• Positive attitude; experience in production, FMCG or warehousing is a plus but not essential.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licence can be obtained).
• Production machinery operation.
