Production Assistant

About the role

Muscle Republic is looking for a Production Assistant to support the Senior Production Coordinator in managing product shipments and sample deliveries. This role is central to the day‑to‑day sampling and production workflow, ideal for a detail‑oriented team player who enjoys the operational side of fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Support seasonal collection development from concept through bulk production.
• Create and hand over barcodes to suppliers.
• Review and approve packaging requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt and approval of bulk fabrics.
• Maintain and manage fabric, trim, and sample libraries for the Product Team.
• Receive and check Sales Kits.
• Assist with purchase orders, monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Liaise with factories and suppliers to resolve production issues.
• Assist with fittings, sample management, and quality‑control processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in fashion production or production coordination.
• Basic understanding of production timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive mindset and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
• Experience with PLM systems is advantageous but not required.
