Product Manager - European Truck Parts

About the role

Multispares, a supplier of truck, bus and transport parts for over 50 years, is looking for an experienced Product Manager for its European truck parts portfolio. The role sits in the Product team in Pemulwuy and involves taking ownership of a significant product range, influencing business strategy, building supplier partnerships and helping drive growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the European truck parts portfolio
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability and market share
• Analyse sales, inventory and market data to support business decisions
• Optimise stock holdings across branches and distribution centres
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, supply arrangements and product opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Pricing and Branch teams
• Support product development and introduce new product opportunities
• Provide commercial insights that influence strategic decisions

Required profile

• 7-10 years' experience in the heavy vehicle, truck parts or aftermarket industry
• Strong knowledge of European truck brands and components
• Proven negotiation and supplier management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships across all levels of the business
