Product Line Planner – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the role

Join a leading provider of water‑moving solutions as a Product Line Planner. Based in Regency Park, South Australia, you will own the end‑to‑end planning of pump and system assemblies for both high‑volume and custom‑engineered projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule production orders using MRP and just‑in‑time principles to ensure material availability and on‑time delivery.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in SAP with accurate part numbers, pricing, specifications and contractual details.
• Monitor missing parts, identify alternative supplies and expedite components to minimise lead‑time.
• Release production orders with complete assembly information and raise purchase orders for local contractor services.
• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and resolve SAP discrepancies.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality and delivery performance.

Required profile

• Qualification in Supply Chain, Production, Operations, Project Management or an equivalent trade qualification.
• Experience in production demand planning and scheduling within a manufacturing or engineered‑product environment.
• Strong time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• SAP (production and supply‑chain modules)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Lean Manufacturing processes (preferred)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems (preferred)
