Product Innovation & Technology Intern

About the role

As a Product Innovation & Technology Intern you will work closely with the CTO and cross‑functional teams to conceive, research and prototype innovative product features. You will dive into Microsoft technologies, create UI/UX designs, write user stories and test plans, and help bring concepts to life throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO and team to ideate, brainstorm and storyboard new product concepts.
• Research Microsoft technologies to inform product development.
• Develop user‑centric UI/UX designs and interactive prototypes.
• Write detailed user stories, technical specifications and test plans.
• Design and execute testing activities for new features.
• Work with developers to implement and refine features based on feedback.
• Document findings and iterate on concepts to meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative and communication skills with a passion for teamwork.
• Analytical thinker with a creative mindset and curiosity about Microsoft technologies.
• Willingness to develop UI/UX design, storyboarding and prototype creation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in writing test plans, test cases and detailed user stories.
