About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our Perth office on a permanent full‑time basis. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely and cost‑effective procurement of materials, equipment and services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and supplier performance.
- Analyse procurement trends and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
- Resolve supplier‑related issues, including disputes and non‑conformances.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing.
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
