Control Room Operator – FIFO 8:6/7:7 Roster

About the role

CSI Mining Services is seeking experienced Control Room Operators for its lithium operations. The role is full‑time, permanent FIFO from Perth on an 8:6/7:7 (days/nights) roster, offering on‑site training and pathways to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor crushing, screening and wet/dry processing plant parameters.
• Track and control feed rates, water flow and equipment variables to meet production targets.
• Operate and monitor crushing & screening equipment in wet and dry environments.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and assist trades as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Control room experience with fixed‑plant crushing and wet‑plant equipment.
• Detailed knowledge of process control fundamentals.
• Sound understanding of mineral processing operations (grinding, magnetic separation, thickening, filtration, tailings management).
• C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (HR desirable) and relevant high‑risk work licences.
• Ability to pass medical, drug & alcohol screening and national criminal history check.
