Procurement Manager – Service & Supply Category

About the role

The E2E Service Procurement Manager will be based in Sydney and report to the Senior Manager, Procurement South Pacific. This position oversees procurement activities across both supply (facilities, utilities, MRO, capital projects) and demand (freight, warehousing, co‑packing) categories, driving strategic sourcing and risk management for indirect spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet annual hub savings and business simplification targets.
• Ensure compliance with all services procurement mandates and spending thresholds.
• Collaborate with hub, division and global category leaders and suppliers to deliver centrally‑led sourcing projects.
• Implement metrics, tools and processes that foster supplier innovation and optimise sourcing.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and secure Cost Risk Management Committee approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement and supply‑chain management.
• Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end RFx processes and strong project‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining a customer focus.
