Procurement Lead – Strategic Sourcing for Healthcare Products

About the role

Eucalyptus is seeking a senior Procurement Lead to own sourcing, supplier, and category strategy for its Australian product portfolio as it integrates the Hims & Hers range. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will partner with commercial, clinical, legal and fulfilment teams to bring new health products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with commercial goals, leveraging global supplier relationships to secure competitive landed costs.
• Establish a lightweight S&OP cadence, using supplier performance and cost data to inform negotiations and future planning.
• Run quarterly business reviews with strategic suppliers, maintain performance scorecards, and lead improvement plans.
• Manage procurement for new product launches, including TGA/ARTG registration readiness, supplier onboarding and launch stock planning.
• Design supply‑risk and cost‑of‑goods frameworks, maintaining SKU‑level landed‑cost visibility.
• Create contracting standards with Legal and ensure compliance with Australian labelling, import duties and biosecurity requirements.
• Coach junior team members, fostering a high‑quality sourcing function.

Required profile

• 6+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience in FMCG, pharma, healthcare or a regulated consumer‑goods environment.
• Proven track record designing category strategies, delivering measurable savings and managing supplier performance.
• Strong knowledge of Australian import, labelling and TGA/ARTG regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build frameworks for supply risk, contracting and sourcing in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
• Self‑starter comfortable operating in a fast‑scaling, post‑acquisition environment.
