Procurement Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join the Ayers Rock Resort team. In this role you will support the purchasing department and ensure accurate financial transactions across hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process invoices for all store departments within hotel operations.
• Reconcile vendor statements and report discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
• Monitor purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
• Communicate order delays or changes to relevant resort teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven teamwork capability within a resort environment.
• Business acumen with experience in materials control or purchasing preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
