Process Worker – Pharmaceutical Packaging

About the role

Join Sunnyfield’s pharmaceutical packaging site in Mount Druitt as a Process Worker. You will be part of a dedicated team that values inclusion, safety and quality while working regular Monday‑Friday shifts from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Follow production and work schedules to meet output targets.
• Maintain clean‑room production lines so material flows efficiently from storage to dispatch.
• Identify and process non‑compliant products and materials according to established procedures.
• Prevent delays, bottlenecks and waste throughout the packaging process.

Required profile

• Previous packaging experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Commitment to workplace safety for yourself and others.
• Experience or understanding of working with people with disability is advantageous.
• Vaccinated against Covid‑19 and able to obtain required NDIS Worker Screening and criminal history checks.

Required skills

• Packaging experience (fast‑paced environment).
• Clean‑room production line maintenance.
