Process Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s high‑performing team in Tingalpa as a Process Operator on the night shift. You will operate heavily automated cooking and packaging machinery to produce and package snack products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate industrial cooking equipment and robotic packaging lines.
• Record, report and input production data into computerized systems.
• Conduct flavour testing and ensure correct flavour is supplied for each run.
• Perform quality checks, manage materials and handle waste according to standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a processing, food manufacturing, industrial kitchen or cooking environment.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP with a proven record of safe work practices.
• High mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial cooking equipment.
• Operation of robotic packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Knowledge of GMP standards.
