Process Operator – Day Shift

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s high‑performing team in Tingalpa as a Process Operator on the day shift. You will work with heavily automated cooking and packaging machinery, ensuring safe, reliable production of iconic snack products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate industrial cooking equipment and robotic packaging lines that produce and pack chips.
• Record, report and input production data into computerised systems.
• Conduct flavour testing and ensure the correct flavour is supplied for each product run.
• Perform quality checks, manage materials and waste, and adhere to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Prior experience in food processing, manufacturing, industrial kitchen or cooking environment.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP with a proven record of reliability and safe work practices.
• High mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial cooking equipment
• Operation of robotic packaging machinery
• Knowledge of HACCP standards
• Knowledge of GMP standards
