Private Clients and Family Office Lawyer / Senior Associate / Special Counsel

About the role

Join Arnold Bloch Leibler’s leading Private Clients and Family Office practice, working directly with high‑net‑worth individuals, families and family offices on complex, sensitive matters across personal, financial, philanthropic and business interests.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on family office structuring, governance and the acquisition, sale and restructuring of family‑owned businesses.
• Provide counsel on trusts, asset protection, wealth structuring, estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Coordinate legal, tax and commercial advice for philanthropic structures, foundations and social investment initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑admission experience in private practice, advising high‑net‑worth individuals, family businesses or family offices.
• Strong technical legal skills, commercial judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage matters independently.
• Excellent analytical, communication and drafting abilities, with discretion and interpersonal skills for confidential matters.

Required skills

• Experience in corporate transactions, M&A or philanthropy is valuable.
• Background in tax law is welcomed due to close collaboration with the tax team.
