Corporate/Commercial Lawyer (4-8 PQE)

About the role

Arnold Bloch Leibler is seeking an ambitious corporate and commercial lawyer to work on sophisticated transactions and build trusted client relationships. You will advise business owners, founders, boards and senior executives on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, private capital investments, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
• Manage matters throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence to drafting, negotiation and completion.

Required profile

• 4–8 years post‑admission experience in private practice with strong corporate transaction experience.
• Excellent commercial judgement, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work independently with appropriate supervision.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build trusted client relationships.
