Private Client Sales Manager

About the role

The Private Client Sales Manager will own capital‑raising initiatives for a multi‑billion‑dollar commercial property investment business, targeting sophisticated investors such as high‑net‑worth individuals and self‑managed super funds. The role focuses on generating new investor pipelines, converting leads into commitments, and expanding the investor base beyond the existing database.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end capital‑raising initiatives, securing new investment from sophisticated investors.
• Generate and qualify opportunities through high‑volume outbound calling, prospecting, networking and follow‑up of digital enquiries.
• Run investor meetings and presentations, clearly communicating offer details and securing commitments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting on conversion, pipeline value and capital raised while ensuring compliance with AFSL, ASIC and AUSTRAC requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably within financial services, property or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, business development or capital‑raising targets.
• Strong outbound prospecting, pipeline development and closing experience.
• High attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
