About the role

Join ANZ's Private Bank as a Private Advice Assistant and become the backbone of a high‑net‑worth advisory team. You will support the delivery of sophisticated financial solutions and gain exposure to premium client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of tailored advice strategies across a broad range of investments and structures.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams – Advisers, Operations, Compliance – to deliver seamless client outcomes.
• Provide exceptional service via phone, email and direct client engagement, upholding the brand’s premium standard.
• Anticipate client needs and assist in aligning advice solutions with long‑term objectives while managing multiple priorities.
• Leverage systems and processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the advice business.
• Act with integrity, delivering honest, fair and transparent outcomes that strengthen client trust.
