About the role
Infosys Consulting is seeking a seasoned Principal Portfolio Lead to drive digital transformation within the fuel management domain of the oil and gas sector. This senior position reports to the Head of Digital and works closely with C‑level executives in a hybrid workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute transformation programs aligned with organisational goals, collaborating with global teams to implement best practices.
- Develop and manage portfolio planning processes, including bi‑annual operating plans, quarterly planning sessions, and squad product coaching.
- Engage directly with C‑level leaders, preparing executive briefing packs that summarise progress, challenges and opportunities.
- Partner with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation, ensuring financial viability of initiatives.
Required profile
- 15+ years of experience in the fuel sector of retail convenience stores or oil and gas.
- Proven consulting background with strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Demonstrated success leading large‑scale transformation programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior executives.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
