Principal Consultant – Oracle Banking Platform Lead

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to lead Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting end‑to‑end OBP solutions across lending, deposits and workflow automation, while ensuring platform stability and modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement OBP solutions for lending, deposits and origination workflows.
• Lead solution analysis, application architecture and technical design activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance banking applications.
• Drive application modernization and ensure platform stability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in banking application design, development and support.
• Strong background delivering complex OBP solutions in a consulting environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing business needs.
